Each time I visit Big River the customer service exceeds expectation. The management and staff members are very attentive to your vehicle and provides the best service possible . They are very friendly and seems to enjoy serving the community on their car washing needs . I also love the added equipment they provide for personal detailing .
When they started building this place I, like everyone, said does Selma really need another carwash. However from my first experience I was impressed. The quality of The car wash was great. I loved the fact they had a line for members of their club. The staff is also wonderful and add to the atmosphere of this car wash. I like the fact that for the price of two of the top of the line washes I can wash my car as many times as I want that month.
Very fast and courteous folks working here. Everyone is always smiking and happy to hit those real dirty spots on my vehicle a little extra when I ask. Great job y'all!
