How It Works: Simple, Impactful, and Rewarding!
It’s easy to become a Big River Partner! Here’s how the process works:
Raise Funds with Every Wash
For each Top Wash or Top Flood Club Membership sold, we donate a percentage of the proceeds to your organization throughout the year.
Locally Established Organizations Only
We partner with 501(c)(3) non-profits and educational organizations that are locally established and serve our community.
One Partner Per Location
We choose one partner organization per Big River location each year to ensure meaningful collaboration.
Submit Your Application
To be considered for the next year’s partnership, please submit your application by December. This ensures we can review and select the best fit for our fundraising program.
Get Involved, See Results
The more your organization promotes the program, the more vehicles show up, and the more funds are raised. Your involvement is key to a successful partnership!
If your organization isn’t selected this year, don’t worry – feel free to apply again for the next year!
