What is the Flood Club?
The Flood Club is our unlimited wash membership program. Pay one price per vehicle each month and enjoy unlimited car washes during our operating hours!
Is the Flood Club really unlimited washing?
Yes, it is! Wash your vehicle as many times as you need during our operating hours.
Is the Flood Club a contract?
No, it’s not. The Flood Club is a month-to-month service that you can cancel anytime with no penalties.
How do I cancel my membership?
Canceling is simple! You can stop by any of our locations or manage your account online by clicking the link below:
Can I use my membership at other locations?
Absolutely! Being a Flood Club member means you can enjoy unlimited washes at all Big River Carwash locations.
Do you offer discounts on Flood Club memberships?
Yes! Additional vehicles on the same account receive a $6 discount per month.
Car Wash Process and Safety
Is your wash safe?
Definitely! We use state-of-the-art equipment, including brushes made of closed-cell foam that don’t absorb dirt or debris. These are gentle on your vehicle while delivering a thorough clean.
How big of a vehicle can go through your wash?
Our wash can accommodate most stock vehicles, including Ford Raptors. Vehicles up to 86 inches high and 88 inches wide can safely pass through our tunnel. Unfortunately, we cannot wash dually trucks.
How long does the wash take?
Once your vehicle is on the track, it takes about 3.5 minutes to complete the wash.
Do you leave spots on the car?
Not at all! Our final step includes a spot-free rinse that uses Reverse Osmosis to eliminate particulates that cause spotting, ensuring a spotless finish every time.
